MS students who are preparing for thesis defense should submit their unbounded copy of thesis to the related departments, such that copy of thesis and jury assignment form (form 21C) is received by the institute 15 days prior (latest January 30, 2009) to jury.

PhD students who are preparing for thesis defense should submit their unbounded copy of thesis to the related departments, such that copy of thesis and jury assignment form (form 21C) is received by the institute 1 month prior (latest January 16, 2009) to jury.

Applicants of the graduate studies should submit their application forms with all the required examination scores before
