degree; provided a Bachelor’s

and TOEFL-CBT > 213 or TOEFL-IBT > 79 (or METU-EPE >

B.S. degree; provided a

of application, B.S. CGPA≥3.00,

degree provided a M.S. degree -or expected to hold by the end of the term

Applicants
submit their applications within the dates (in general):
1-31 May for Fall Semesters and,
1-31 December for Spring
Semesters.
The application dates are
announced in Academic Calendar.
For 2008-200 2nd (Spring) semester applications,

The application
should be done by on-line
An e-mail address is
required for application. If you do not have an e-mail address
already, apply to e-mail address providers on the internet.

If it is the first
time you apply for a graduate program, you have to obtain an ‘application
number’ and an ‘entry code’ to proceed to on-line
application. You can follow-up the progress of your
application at the on-line application pages using your application number and
entry code.
Application process

When you finish
application process, you should FREEZE
the application after checking that all is correct and there is no omitted
item, you should take a print out and stick your own photograph on it,
after all you should bring/send it with other documents required so that
they will be brought/sent before the last day of the application to the below
