A. Who can apply?

·         To apply for a Master's degree; provided a Bachelor’s degree must be hold or expected to hold by the end of the term of application, GRE-quantitative > 610 (or LES > 45/ALES > 55) and TOEFL-CBT > 213 or TOEFL-IBT > 79 (or METU-EPE > 65) [J1]

·         To apply for a Ph.D. on B.S. degree; provided a Bachelor’s degree must be hold or expected to hold by the end of the term of application,  B.S. CGPA≥3.00, GRE-quantitative ≥ 708 (LES ≥ 60/ALES > 70) and TOEFL-CBT > 213 or TOEFL-IBT > 79 (or METU-EPE > 65) [J1],

·         To apply for a Ph.D. degree provided a M.S. degree -or expected to hold by the end of the term of application; GRE-quantitative > 648 (or LES > 50/ALES > 60) and TOEFL-CBT > 213 or TOEFL-IBT > 79 (or METU-EPE > 65) [J1],

These are minimum requirements for application to all departments. However, the criteria may vary for each program. See Table B Application Criteria
